Experience
Previously, he worked as the chief executive of the Natural Resources Division, at the Agricultural and Livestock Service (SAG 2013-2014), Ministry of Agriculture.
Before that, he acted as the Ministerial Regional Secretary of the Environmental Ministry at Atacama Region, where he implemented the new environmental institutions, as well as the assessment of several investment projects, mainly referred to mining and energy (2011-2013).
He started his professional practice as an associate at Ossa, Izcue & Montes, where he focused his practice mainly on litigation (2007-2011).
Education
Universidad de Los Andes, Law degree with mention in Environmental Law, 2007.

Lawyer with practice on environmental law and litigation, mainly in connection with acquisition and development of projects together with litigation and arbitration on civil and environmental law. Mario is part of VGM since its beginning in 2014.
